Zooey's character, Summer, in 500 Days of Summer is associated with architecture because of the scene that the still above is from. Joseph's character, Tom, works at a greeting card company, but wants to be an architect. During the pictured scene Tom shows Summer the city by drawing a skyline on her arm. Like Lander suggests, Tom ends up leaving his greeting card job to be an architect.
